He possesses a rare combination of strong technical and management skills along with empathy for client's needs. Jagannath Kallakurchi graduated with honors a Masters Degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and has completed PGP MAX (EMBA) from Indian School of Business. He carries with him experience of over 25 years spanning organizations like Computer Point of which he was the Head of Operations.

Ravi Devulapalli is a Director at Choice Solutions Ltd. He has been an IT professional for more than 22 years. Ravi carries wide variety of IT knowledge. Ravi worked as a consultant in the USA with several large corporations such as EDS, IBM, PriceWaterHouse Coopers and AT&T. Ravi Devulapalli is one of the founding partners of Choice Solutions Ltd.

M.J. Dwaraknath is the Head of Operations and Executive Director at Choice Solutions Ltd. He has wide experience both in manufacturing and technology and has great exposure to managing operations of large organizations. His strong sense of purpose and ability to rally around his team has enabled him to develop a strong sales and service team for the company.

M.J. Dwaraknath has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Madras. He has more than 35 years of experience in plant environments and has contributed his expertise to several organizations in the capacity of Human Resources manager, which includes Greaves Cotton. American Power Conversion has also trained him in technological areas.

Srinivas Kallakurchi is the President of North American Operations at Choice Solutions, Inc. Since 2000, Srinivas has established Choice Solutions as a key player in the US outsourcing market. Srinivas Kallakurchi has led several outsourcing engagements with multiple Fortune 500 company; mid-market as well as startup companies. His diverse industry experience, coupled with his global perspective on strategic outsourcing has allowed his customers to leverage global resources to meet their business objectives.

Srinivas Kallakurchi graduated from Osmania University with B.Sc.; from the University of Pune he has a M.B.A and from Eastern Michigan University he has a M.S. in Information Systems. Prior to joining Choice Solutions, Srinivas has developed and managed various complex, large scale enterprise systems for Fortune 500 companies in the Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Government sectors.

A. Bhanu Prakash is the Chief Financial Officer and Head - Business Services of Choice Solutions, Ltd with over 21 years of experience. He commenced his career with ITC Agro Tech Limited in 1991 and held various managerial positions in various divisions till 1998. He was the Head- Finance for PalmTech India Limited (a JV of Kumpulan Emas Berhad & ITC Agro Tech Ltd) and was responsible for the seamless integration of the joint venture in to the company, apart from raising funds for development of oil palm plantations & setting up of palm oil extraction facilities.

A. Bhanu Prakash is a certified Chartered Accountant from ICAI as well as PGCBM from XLRI, Bachelor of Law from Osmania University. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR. He also worked in Learning Byte Inc., an e Learning Company Head Quartered in Minnesota as the CFO & Head Facilities Management-Asia Pacific region. Subsequent to acquisition of Learning Byte by Digital Think Inc., he was in the Board of Directors of its Indian subsidiary Digital Think Ltd. He also worked briefly with APOnline Ltd (a JV between Tata Consultancy Services Limited & Govt. of AP) as consultant. He later moved to PC Net Ltd as CFO & Head HR.

Kailash Jayaswal is the Vice President-Technical Services and Datacenter Advisor at Choice Solutions, Ltd. He has also authored of a book titled "Administering Datacenters: Servers, Storage and Voice over IP" published in 2005 by John Wiley and Sons, New York. Kailash has more than 26 years of experience at technical and management levels in various companies such as IBM, Cisco Systems, Roche Bioscience, Siebel, KLA Tencor, and Caterpillar. At IBM, he helped in the development and roll-out of their first storage subsystems, Shark, targeted at open systems such as Linux, HP, Sun and Microsoft platforms. He trained the technical support groups on non-IBM operating systems to reduce resolution time for storage problems.

Kailash Jayaswal has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, New Delhi and a Masters degree from the University of Massachusetts. He has been involved in large datacenter consolidations, architecting and implementing server and storage installations, and in deploying WAN-based disaster recovery solutions.

Aneev Ansari is the Vice President- Datacenter Consulting and Infrastructure Audit at Choice Solutions, Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in the area of project management and office operations. Previously, he led the set-up of over 1.3 million sq. ft of office space across various cities of India, Mauritius and China. He has also managed 24/7 operations of a 2500-seater multi-location IT organization.

Aneev Ansari is a graduate in Construction Project Management from NICMAR, Pune and Science from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He is associated with the Project Management Institute, USA since 2001. His skills in project management, ensures that project risks are identified early and timelines are protected.

Chand Narayan, the co-founder of Value Inc Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Mechanical Engineer and Post Graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has work experience in the engineering (Ingersoll Rand, Alfa Laval, Cristopia) and ITES (GE Capital International Services, Nipuna, C3i) and media sector (Network18). He was instrumental in pushing up the overall profile of Network18, making it a strong media conglomerate using inorganic means like acquisitions, JVs whilst also pursuing organic growth, to make the company a premier player in media sector in India. Chand Narayan’s key strength is in his deftness with which he develops strategies that facilitate in building organizational excellence.

At Choice Solutions Ltd. he has been instrumental in introducing ‘out of the box ’HR‘ and operational processes that are expected to greatly benefit in the company in the coming years. Among others Chand Narayan was Member, NASSCOM National HRD Task Force for IT/ITES, and in Board of Directors, ISBM-Pune (2007-09). He also won the GE Town Hall Award for exceptional performance and demonstration of GE values in the Workplace, 2002. He was the finalist in Alpha-Plus: The National All-round Ability TV Quiz (1986) and BSL Malestorm ’98 – The Search For The Ultimate Man (1998).
