Dwarak has a wide experience of a combination of manufacturing and technology experience. He has great exposure to managing operations of large organizations. Dwarak heads the Operations of the Choice Solutions - Power Protection Solutions Group.

He has over 20 years of experience in plant environments and has contributed his expertise to several organizations in the capacity of Human Resources manager including Greaves Cotton. His strong sense of purpose and ability to rally around his teams has enabled him develop the strong sales and service teams in Choice Solutions.

Dwarak has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Madras. American Power Conversion has also trained him in technology areas.

Pavan heads Choice Solutions' professional services business. He brings extensive experience in business strategy, marketing and sales in setting the overall direction and driving growth of this high-potential division. Previously, he was Director of Client Services at Talant, a sales and marketing company in the U.S., where he helped senior executives at client organizations with their market growth challenges.

Prior to Talant, Pavan worked for E-Business Strategies (EBS), a research and strategy consulting company acquired by Unisys, as Senior Business Analyst. In this role, he helped Fortune 50 technology companies obtain customer mind share for their offerings with compelling business cases and detailed quantitative and ROI analyses. Before EBS, Pavan worked for Sun Microsystems and PRI, a healthcare technology startup, in various customer-facing roles.

Pavan holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Management Science from the University of Rochester (U.S.A.) and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.

Ravi Devulapalli has been an IT professional for more than 20 years. Ravi carries wide variety of IT knowledge. Ravi worked as a consultant in USA with several large corporations such as EDS, IBM, PriceWaterHouseCoopers and AT&T. Ravi is one of the founding partners of Choice.

Ravi has worked in different verticals such as Banking, Medical, Telecom and Retail. Ravi’s Program Management experience along with business management skills helped several of his clients manage multi million dollar project rollouts on time and within budgets.

Ravi is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur, and has an MBA from Kennesaw State University, GA.

Mr. A. Bhanu Prakash is the Chief Financial Officer & Head – Business Services of the Company. He has commenced his career with ITC Agro Tech Limited in 1991 and held various managerial positions in various divisions till 1998. He was the Head- Finance for PalmTech India Limited (JVC of Kumpulan Emas Berhad & ITC Agro Tech Ltd) and was responsible for the seamless integration of the Joint Venture apart from raising the funds for development of oil palm plantations & setting up of Palm Oil extraction facilities. He later moved over to Learning Byte Inc an e Learning Company Head Quartered in Minnesota as the CFO & Head Facilities Management -Asia Pacific region. Subsequent to acquisition of Learning Byte by Digital Think Inc he was in the Board of Directors of its Indian subsidiary Digital Think Ltd. He also worked briefly with APOnline Ltd (a JV between Tata Consultancy Services Limited & Govt of AP) as consultant . He later moved to PC Net Ltd as CFO & Head HR.

Mr.A. Bhanu Prakash is a certified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, PGCBM (XLRI) , Bachelor of Law(OU) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws (NALSAR).

Kailash is the author of a book titled “Administering Data Centers: Servers, Storage and Voice over IP” published in 2005 by John Wiley and Sons, New York.

He has more than 18 years of experience at technical and management levels in companies such as IBM, Cisco Systems, Roche Bioscience, Siebel, KLA Tencor, and Caterpillar. At IBM, he helped in the development and roll-out of their first storage subsystems, Shark, targeted for open systems such as Linux, HP, Sun and Microsoft platforms. He trained the technical support groups on non-IBM operating systems to reduce resolution time for storage problems.

He has been involved in large data center consolidations, architecting and implementing server and storage installations, and in deploying WAN-based disaster recovery solutions.

Kailash has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, New Delhi and a Masters degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Ravi brings over 23 yrs experience in Core Networking (IT/Infrastructure), VoIP/Unified Communications, Network Security and Telecomm Services.

In his current role, his focus is on providing integrated network solutions for customers and service providers. This includes services and solutions ranging from complete data center solutions to advanced network security services.

Prior to Choice Solutions, Ravi has held senior technical and management positions in Bell Labs., AT&T, Cisco, NetScreen, Juniper Networks, and consulted with Lucent, QUEST, AOL, Sun, and IBM. At Cisco, he played an instrumental role in the creation of the Cisco Call Manager. At NetScreen/Juniper, he worked as the Sr. Product Line Manager and helped launched Juniper ISG2000. Most recently, he worked as the MD and Director of Engineering of Sipera Systems, India, where he successfully led a team of engineers to prototype and launch IPCS310 – a VoIP security system for enterprises.

Ravi has BE in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, MS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Villanova University, USA, and MBA from Monmouth University, USA.
